Fixes: Tidied up the code to match what I did for the demo. All fixes are for 1st stage.

- Key room location randomness
- Robot guy stays dead (easy mode)
- Medkit pickup fix
- Fix graphics on boss 1
- Saves at stage intro screen
- Fix graphics on boss door
